How about 4-3-3. Take say Kilbane off, move Fleck back into midfield 3. Ball up top flanked by this guy and Cody.

The problem there though is we need to start with him on the bench. To then swap to this formation we'd need to bring off a striker to bring a winger on. If we're losing then taking a striker off not a good move. We could flatten out to a regular 442 I guess, with Fleck on the other flank, but...
