While he didn't initially impress me and many other others I thought he got better with more minutes under his belt. While its not an exciting signing, I am happy to trust Mowbrays judgement on it ( that includes playing ability and the financial package we will offer him)

Didnt one of the concerts lead to the pitch being relaid? It was probably at that point somebody made a choice to use a "normal" pitch, which was ok at that point as we obviously had a decent team of groundsmen.

Personally I think Burges form upon his return was generally ok, yes goals were conceded in some game however they were mainly down to inept performances from the whole team rather than him. He is confident when coming for crosses and crucially has enough ability at this level to make crucial...
