Then why hasn't TM dropped him? Personally, the only wastes of space we have are Kent, Burge and MAF, imo. I think some people are finding too much to be critical of; I know I've stuck the boot in on TM's recent tactical changes, but suggesting JOB should be dropped is a tad extreme.

This thread comes as a surprise, really, as JOB has had nothing but an unspoken respect for his energetic and grafting performances. To think we could get better, at this level, is a tad odd. :thinking about:

For me, Benno just edged it over Thompson. I saw a lot of Thommo in a Sky Blue shirt and he rarely had an off-day. Some of his goals for us in The Championship were just spectacular.

It's a bit much to expect a full season undefeated at home...if we can minimise it to 2 or 3 defeats and start pinching wins away, we'll be ok. Automatic promotion is preferable, and still attainable, however we all must prepare ourselves for the dreaded play-offs.
