Still pressing the point on Sisu proving that competition was distorted. ACL QC says Sisu relying on one quote from a textbook that threshold for proof is relatively low. He has just read out the full quote from the book and claims

ACL QC says burden of proof lies with Sisu and must include economic analysis of the effect on competition of any state aid. He says Sisu have only provided statements that a market existed.

Council QC says Sisu trying to get the loan deal overturned to get ACL back to the distressed financial position it was in so they can seek to gain control of the Ricoh Arena.
