The biggest mistake was trying to pass through their midfield. When we went round or over them their defence was very flaky. It's all very well passing out from the back but there are times when you have togo round or over.

One of the problems is that there is no U23 league now, it's U21,so the older Academy/.Development lads who haven't made the step up are sort of in limbo unless they can go out on loan. We can't be sure that it is the Commercial dept at fault though. The shirts were seemingly delayed because DK was trying to get better sponsorship terms. Last season we were told that our ST cards would be re-used but obviously there has been a change of plan.
