Also, he's limited as to where he can play with affect. Serious question is where does he fit into this team going forward. A player who can play a number of roles seems to be the preferred option this season.

I think this year people will begin to see it's not so much "first 11" and "back ups", more of a rotational squad. To get everyone up to the same level and playing the same way. Keeps other teams guessing as to starting line up, also keeps everyone healthy and rested. Nothing you can do about...

All for the tapping up. I think these days it's only frowned upon when managers talk of other players, not so much what goes on behind the scenes. Rudoni was made well aware we wanted him, and that goes a long way, if a player feels wanted then it can sway deals.
