    It seems plain to me........

Haskell won't go near the ground or the club as long as SISU are involved in any way. I know I wouldn't.

Gut feel - does anyone really think we won't start 2013/14 at the Ricoh?

I agree Speedie. Fixtures need to be fixed quite soon and Sisu look like taking this to the brink. When ACL don't back down, it's surely curtains. The fl need to act NOW and award the golden share to the Haskell consortium, but Sisu look to be tying them up in legal knots and time will run out...

    Sisu

Anyone know when the league will want to be sure we have somewhere to play? It must be well before the fixture list is published. Sisu might be waiting til just before then - brinkmanship to screw the best deal from ACL pk4 the council, the fans. Hedge fund tactics in other words.

Well done FF - I was hoping their reply might be headed with 'Dear Mr. Fokker, .......'

    latest statement from Mr Appleton

Coventry City as a club is critically close, in my view, to permanently losing all respect and support in its own city. Our once-loved club has been trashed by successive useless owners and many fans I speak to just don't care any more. They're finding better things to do with their time. Sisu...

    Maggie Thatcher has died

Okay, some observations: Firstly,Thatcher didn't 'shut down' industries, she simply exposed them to competition and stopped subsidising them with taxpayers' money whilst cutting public spending. which resulted in a hefty (but short-lived) recession. The trouble was our industry was hopelessly...

    Maggie Thatcher has died

Fascinating thread - so bitterly divided. All I'll say is, the union-dominated seventies was no utopia - and never sustainable. But also the gross greed and dishonesty we see now at the top everywhere is an uncomfortable (I think unintended) legacy. I think she thought industry would respond...

Been to a works meeting at Ricoh today

Yes our so-called fearless intrepid journalists prefer to hack fourth rate celebrities' phones than investigate great scandals like the one that led to our demise. Pathetic.

Go - I know they've propped us up for a while, but I just don't trust them.

    GOD loves the CITY

Happy Easter Japandy. I'm sure I remember you had been unwell a few years ago - hope things are okay now.

    A new low

Because that would mean a bigger points deduction next season. Chance of a fresh start now.

Please understand that 10 point deduction now is by far the best outcome; much better than starting next season with a possibly bigger deduction. What were the odds on promotion before the deduction ? Well , I'd say we had about a 10% chance of reaching the playoffs - maybe 15% if you're feeling...
