Maybe Wasps will get used to the rent money (if they pay it) for a few years. and Tim is still going to build us a ground,runs out of time. Then maybe the club will be sold(to Wasps) and we will all be happy.

The Rugby club could always use the Ricoh and not pay the rent,it has been done before. They might even try to get the ground for peanuts.Why worry about the rent.
