Property in L.A. where he resides amongst other properties worldwide. But more importantly, he's not a real fan despite his life long allegiance to Celtic.

    Missing

I see Rod Stewart is at the Celtic game tonight. The commentator mentioned it's not what you know but who you know. That will be Rod Stewart the life long Celtic fan, lives in L.A. and only manages to get to the odd game each season. I guess he's not a real fan either.

    Sky Sports News Special Report

I sympathise with anybody who is being discriminated against for whatever reason, be it race, disability or them being a Coventry supporter, however, my sympathy is limited at best toward Diouf because he is moaning about something he is guilty of himself. It doesn't mean I want him to be abused...

I have no sympathy towards a person who complains about the very thing he's guilty of himself.

Not the same Diouf who racially abused a ball boy at Everton a few years ago? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1214946/El-Hadji-Diouf-racially-abused-ball-boy.html#axzz2KdItP3RG The Big Match Revisited was on ITV4 yesterday, as Viv Anderson went on a forward run the crowd were booing...

I'm glad our manager is being linked with jobs and is odds on, because it means he's doing a good job here, and long may it continue.

    Favourite Beers

I used to drink bottles of Holsten Pils when I was in pubs, but most pubs stopped serving it, then they made the bottle smaller which irked me somewhat. Nowadays I tend to drink bottles of Peroni if it is available, and if its on tap I know I'm going to get jarred up sharpish.

To show those who think it is some form of competition that those of us who pick and choose couldn't care less what they think. I can't believe people get so precious about it, do I care whether somebody goes more or less than me? Nope, fair play if they do, so what if they don't.

I don't need to hide behind any excuses, I pick and choose these days when I go up, why? Because I can. I've had a season ticket for 15 years in succession in the past, but now I go when I want regardless of what anyone else says or thinks. I went Tuesday, I didn't go yesterday. Do I care what...

His agents/handlers should be ashamed of themselves for letting him go on stage in that state. Get well soon lad.

    Greetings from Sheffield

A mate if mine was telling me only last week he took his 18 year old daughter to see City play Sheff Utd at Bramell Lane, and on the way out some guy punched her and ran off. Nice lad that one eh?

    Recommend a Book

I like all the books by Bernard O'Mahoney. He was one of the doormen who worked for the infamous Essex Boys. One in particular you may like is called Flowers In Gods Garden, Bernard (pretending to be a woman) would write to child killers in the hope of gleaning some information out of them...

    Recommend a Book

No doubt about it. If you watch the documentaries of him on prison, you can tell he's blagging with some of the stuff he comes out with, but he's still a fascinating character nonetheless. I've read the book about 3 times.

    The Undateables

I felt for the poor goggley eyed lad who was on last week, I hope he sorts it with the bird he was matched up with. I haven't seen last nights episode yet.

    Lost pubs of Coventry

I appreciate not all the pubs have gone, but I thought you might find how they used to be interesting? The Stag, Town Centre. The Three Horseshoes, Stoney Stanton Road.
