    Chelsea interest in Callum Wilson

They view the Ricoh more as a property deal than a home of sport so I agree that a long-term sub lease would be the most likely deal for them. With that though there would still be the question over matchday revenues and absolutely no share from the wider venue business (concerts, casino...

    Thank god

Wasn't the matchday squad cost difference £530m v £1m today?

    Thank god

So when Liverpool best Crystal Palace 9-0 in the league in 1989 that was the sign of better times????

    Chelsea interest in Callum Wilson

Just seen that they filed accounts last week. Valuation of the Ricoh is £60m and they are looking to formally revalue it again this year.

I think Wasps are valuing the Ricoh at c.£65m - not sure SISU will stump up for half of that!

    The 1968 Sky Blue

If you are getting the paint especially made you might be able to give them an RGB code and have it mixed. I've used ColourPick Eyedropper on a few of the pictures and come up with the RGB code of 201,223,247 which looks pretty close (don't shoot me if you remember it differently!!). Plug...

    Looking forward to luther !

Luther was great, managed to get through it all yesterday. Apparently a film is in the pipeline, will be interesting to see how they follow on from that ending though. I was always a fan of crazy Alice, one of the best tv villains of recent times!

    Escape at Dannemora

The fact that it's true is crazy though, I always thought Shawshank was a bit far fetched with the tunnelling out but this was almost identical in that respect!

Yeah, I've watched it too - thought it was really good.

    Hasn't Abraham gone to Wolves?

    Player Ratings

I still think Doyle can do a job for us, bringing him on for the last 20 when we need to close games out would be how I'd use him.

    Player Ratings

Agree that we can't blame Doyle (apart from the mistake leading to their second goal) and if Kelly wasn't injured I'm sure he would have started. We play differently when Kelly is in the team, more balls for forwards to run onto rather than pumping it upfield, better control of the tempo...

    January Window

Agree with Andreu & Beavon, would like to see more of Ogogo before we write him off. So many positive things said about him before we signed him I can’t believe we’ve seen the real player yet unless injuries have taken their toll.

    The goal

Saw McNulty playing for Reading on TV a couple of weeks ago, looked like he had a puffer jacket on under his shirt!!!

    The goal

When JCH stays on his feet he’s far more effective, it feels like refs have it in their heads that he goes down too easily so doesn’t get the call when he’s genuinely been taken out.

Match Thread Wycombe Wanderers vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 1st Jan

I like this as a concept but worry that it is untested and we can’t really handle injuries, losing one of the 3 at the back would hurt us too much, Thompson could step in and whilst he has promise there is gulf in class between him and the core 3. Puts Bayliss into a freer role too which would...

Match Thread Wycombe Wanderers vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 1st Jan

I don’t think Hyam lobs it forwards, from where I was sitting all of his long balls seemed to be in the same vein as the cross field balls to the wing that Davies plays.
