Tim Fisher and co are our saviors once again.

They are fans! "fan" derives from fanatical. Couldn't be more appropriate for those perverse enough to withdraw support from their own club! However, They could NOT call themselves Coventry City supporters..... Because supporters means giving support, particularly financial support! :pimp:

Tim Fisher and co are our saviors once again.

That might happen it might not, liquidation of CCFC Ltd does not prevent CCC/ACL negotiating with the club and its new owners. But if it were to happen, how would the CCC/ACL blessing us with a 10pt penalty look? In fact it looks no better if a deal is not struck! Its all so pathetically...

    its liquidation

Maybe we won't get -15 or any deduction? It wasn't the club that rejected the CVA, it was the wicked landlord! I don't see why we should get penalised for something outside our control? :pimp:

ACL seek £2.5million damages from NTFC

Ask your local Councillor! I can't see this doing them much good in the JR, they have just thrown away another half mil! No wait a minute ACL said they wouldn't get any of it! so they are in the clear, even though they own half of ACL and bailed them out with a £14m mortgage. and I wonder why...

ACL seek £2.5million damages from NTFC

ACL are not fighting to keep CCFC in Coventry, they are fighting for their own existence and to keep CCFC on a rental agreement! CCFC don't want to be on a rental agreement. They want to own their own stadium, be it the RICOH or a.n. other! ACL are clutching at straws and the straws are not...

Gathering of loyal supporters on the hill v Bristol city

Lets Face it, if you turn up they will probably ask you in for free - like they did at the first forum. If they don't you will feel like a right spare part sitting outside listening to the away fans having a right larf at us! Personally I can't see the justification for turning our backs on our...

Get Real! There is no way in the world that the Ricoh could relay the match. The Club have rights to even radio broadcasts! :pimp:

Liquidation might be quicker and quieter!

If the embargo does not stop us from signing unattached players it is of little consequence! Transfer fees are out of fashion. Since FFP has bitten there is a wealth of players available for no transfer fee. :pimp:

Liquidation might be quicker and quieter!

Thanks for that ob, it looks a bit mickey mouse though, is it not likely that the process would be a little different if it stems out of administration? I also got the impression that Appleton was saying before the last meeting that he would push through liquidation if the CVA was not approved...

Liquidation might be quicker and quieter!

It may be that FFP rules work OK for normally running clubs - but has any club experienced administration since FFP started? It may be that there are grounds for some exceptions to be explored? :pimp:

Liquidation might be quicker and quieter!

from notes of the SBT meeting with FL If the CVA is then agreed, there is a 28 day “cooling-off” period during which any unsecured creditor can challenge the terms of the CVA. I think we would get a miserable 28 days with ACL challenging left right and centre? It might be quicker too, I think...

    Emergency Loans/Short Term Signings

I think it will come out that we have already signed Manset and maybe a few others. Has it not been said already that the transfer embargo does not stop us from signing unattached players? :pimp:
