Premier League aren’t playing Boxing Day this year but will be playing on the 27th which is a Satdee. I am certain that the EFL games are being played on Boxing Day apart from any they might move for TV I guess

I think he does through his job but its not that much earlier than the rest of us and if he told everybody he would arguably lose a lot of business. He did I remember though say we had an incredibly exciting first game away - he was right!

Doyle for me would be the signing off the summer and given the way transfers are structured these days couldn’t we pay it off over 3-4 years ? Mind you if they want 15 million or something daft then of course we couldn’t !
