An Email to Councillor Jayne Innes & MP Geoffrey Robinson

Simon is a 'tryer'. I think we can use the CET to get what we want. Why have negativity if we want to save our club?

    The Gigs Thread

Used to go so much in my younger day. Remember going to see King, ok not exactly BIG, in Kenilworth and it was fantastic. About 50 people came and they even did punk covers. PS I saw Sex Pistols in Brixton, Green Days in Tokyo and Foo Fighters in Seoul. But King was best

    Fleetwood

Fleetwood will do well to finish midtable next season. They have completely changed the team and as we have seen it's consistancy that produces success not money.

Just let it happen (Help if you can)

Excellent piece. Firstly, Wasps would want something to do with us if the owners were different. SISU have put a lot of money into CCFC and it's not their money. If they had walked away years ago their business faces would have been discredited and they would have lost a lot of custom...

I know the feeling Samo about 'it made me feel better', that is the beauty of writing. Unfortunately this site only reaches a few hundred at most so why don't you contact the CT. I am not one of Simon's fans but he would be interested in this. ALSO well done for acting on something. It's a shame...

    Why I'd be sad

if TM went to Rotherham. I like people, in life and not only football, that follow the advice they give others. TM often gave press conferences where he told players to bide their time when jumping ship or moving on. I hope he listens to himself and stays with us and honours his contract and...

Mowbray Front runner for Rotherham Job

Two things about this; 1. Has TM ever said he has 'sky blue blood' like another manager that left? Actually TM hasn't started anything because we are back to square one with having to build another team. Of course I'd be sad as I was with many managers and players who have left but we still seem...

How much will TM rely on youngsters?

He hardly played our youngsters last year instead seeing other young loanees being ahead of ours, but this season, with a year behind his 'style', things may be different. my favourite ever City manager Milne had so many youngsters in his team and I think it was more physical then. Do you think...

    Is the Butts deal imminent?

All valid questions apart from the fact CCFC have absolutely no connection with the Butts Stadium as of this minute. Why are CCFC fans starting to sound like Wasp fans? CRFC own the lease to the stadium and do they want a 25,000 seater stadium? How will it benefit them? In all these...

I think all these real ales and local brews are something we Brits and Irish should be proud of. There aren't many countries in the world that can boast such riches

CT article - 'Time to grow up and work together'

But telling people to grow up and move on when they have lost millions of pounds is easier said than done.

    Rap Music

Love American rap but the British stuff makes me cringe. It's the accent innit? Sad one of the Beasttie Boys passed away. I went to a club last week and there was a Bangladeshi kid doing muslim rap, I honestly thought it was comedy night and got some mean looks when I couldn't stop laughing.

    Newcastle Brown

Used to play rugby years ago and as a 16 year old was not big enough for the first 3 teams, so played for the 4th team which was made up of young hopefuls, like myself, and old has-beens who enjoyed a game and the drinking. Seems okay you may think but I played with a geordie captain and this...

    Richard Wright

In such a situation I'm always interested in why people are interested in such a story. Is it because he didn't get a game even though he trained everyday and probably help train the goalies, or is it because of the amount of money he earned?

    So the real Poll

We bore, we live, we die, Honestly I don't give a tosh if we played in the Ricoh, in Tesco's car park or Northampton (OH! shock horror). I can't understand how people can spend day after day thinking about football and where the feck we are going to play next year or next decade. SISU own us and...

European Court still if "out" vote.

Sorry, Dave but it is not when the 'offence, traansaction or whatever we call it took place', It's when the appeal is put forward, which in this case wouldn't be until the Supreme Court rejected SISU's claim, which won't be until post-June.
