It's because Nick is a big strong manly man who has neither emotions nor loyalty. He saw that Robins had been sacked, did a tiny fist pump and carried on stoically. Anyone who feels differently is a child or making things up to get mad about.
I wouldn't go as far as to say that everyone who understands the decision is a sociopath, the people smugly posting about how they're so unaffected by it because they don't have feelings are though.
