If you take our performance under his management and scale it up to a full season then we’d be comfortably qualified for playoffs. Doug wouldn’t have to splash to get a competent keeper, and you’d hope we’re luckier with injuries. It does feel like you are determined to be negative about Lampard.

If you had said on day 1 of Lampard’s tenure we’d be going into the final day in 6th people would be incredulous. I don’t think what he’s done this season can be doubted, and with less injuries (Wright, EMC, Dovin, Torp, Sheaf, MVE etc.) it would likely have been better.

I assume this is related to sponsors? It does annoy me that the likes of them and Wrexham can access these lucrative sponsorship deals that have more to do with their owners than anything happening on the pitch, and it’s all fine and above board.

I would argue Collins played a big part in our loss today, should definitely not have conceded 3 and that’s what killed us.
