£11 a game more then? With food and a beer that is great value

Very true, but a normal business wouldn't care about that. Most CEO's these days take a very short term approach, as by the time the damage is done they will have moved on

If we’re customers then the club is massively undercharging at the moment. In a normal business/customer relationship, the aim is to maximise income, not number of sales. Doug could massively increase income if he wanted with huge hikes. Yes attendances would plummet, but that would be more...

That’s an argument about football in general though. As a club we have to try and keep up

We've been in or/and around the playoffs for 4 seasons in a row now. If we keep doing that we will go up. Probably without the need to go to Wembley. We'll get back there one day. This season has made me more confident than ever. We have a decent owner (despite what half of this place says)...

That is still very good going though. You put to shame those in the family area moaning that they have to attend 8 games a season

I actually think to our credit we're a very reasonable fanbase these days. Doug, if you're reading this, we'll accept a price increase, but don't take the piss. I'm happy to pay a bit more to have the squad invested in. That is precisely what a club is - funded by its members .

I reckon a slight increase. Unless you can’t now go for personal reasons I don’t see why all existing season tickets won’t be renewed

Yeah get Sheffield Utd out of the way. Only 3 clubs with parachute payments then. Then it’ll be fun to watch them get hammered every week

So do you agree with the statement which I was replying to of “that’s us in turmoil now”?

Forget it. It’s done. All about next season now. This team has a yellow streak in it. It’s been there all season. Frank now has the chance to have a clear out. Regardless of how horrible it is to lose like that, the club has finished this season stronger yet again. Next season will be...

People have been saying for nearly 3 years now that King has no money, yet every transfer window we spend a fair bit. This summer will be no different
