Video CLASSIC HIGHLIGHTS | FA Cup Semi-Final 1987 - Coventry City 3-2 Leeds United

Fantastic to see the highlights of this classic. I agree the reaction to the equaliser was unbelievable and something that has/will live with me forever. The noise of the 21k Sky Blue army on the kop was deafening. I was with a group of 5 lads and we all got separated after the goal as it was...

    First ever CCFC memories ?

It was 1969 vs Man Utd and my dad let me share his seat in the West Stand. I was only 7 at the time. I bought the original programme on eBay for £1 so I can tell you amongst the Man Utd players were Best, Law and Charlton so not a bad game to start with. The attendance was one of our highest...

    Most Enjoyable away wins

I agree it was a great win. It was a game that I was scared sh1t walking back to the car. A group of 5 of us were attacked by some rabid Stokies, I have never ran quicker in my life but luckily a rain downpour made them less interested. Those were the days !

    Most Enjoyable away wins

The best I have been at are Man City 3-1 in the cup 1982. The sending off of Hartford and Bodaks lob at the end to seal victory. Sheffield Wednesday 3-1 in the cup QF 1987. The atmosphere with 14k sky blue fans in fantastic voice. Cyril was superb.

Just listened to the show last night and agree SL comes over as arrogant and sarcastic. The swipe that the reason for people not attending is due to playing in Brum rather than lack of information shows his disregard of the cause of our exile. Any “Journalist” worth their salt has to understand...

**ALL USERS READ THIS, ACTION REQUIRED ASAP** - Sky Blues Talk forum statement

I totally agree that this has been a superb effort by those involved. We seem to be just drifting into permanent exile and potentially oblivion. We have invested too much over the years to allow this to happen. Well done to all involved and hopefully the key parties will take action.

    U23 v Cardiff today

My sons Dutch in-laws are season ticket holders at Groningen in top Dutch League . I spoke to them about Kassa and they knew about him and were very complimentary about his pace and overall ability. Somewhere I think there is a top player in Kassa but not sure whether it will be at Cov.

    Ratings v Doncaster

McCallam - I understand why you say that but could have had two goals in first half - one from a corner that was going in but was cleared and the volley that was a foot too high.

    Ratings v Doncaster

agree apart from McCallam 7, was great in first half but exposed by Donnie formation change in second half, one of the back three should have helped him out more Hyatt 9 MOM - he was immense in both defence and bringing the ball out from defence. Championship standard. Godden 7 isolated in...
