Damien Collins interview - sisu/acl crucial decision for football league

That not strictly correct Grendal. ACL are happy to meet and discuss the return of CCFC. They just need £590k and for SISU to drop their pointless litigation that involves ACL. Simple really

Damien Collins interview - sisu/acl crucial decision for football league

I think Blatter and Co would treat this very differently. This could be the first action that starts to bring down the FIFA house of dodgy cards.

"The Stadiums numerous owners"? If that is the degree of knowledge the rest is probably bollocks.

99 year lease, fair rent, revenues

I actually do think that ACL care more for CCFC than SISU do. ACL are a Coventry based organisation, with the needs and desires of the folk of our City firmly embedded in their thoughts and deeds. Where as i am of the opinion your thoughts and deeds are based in a bigoted and juvenile hatred of...

Grendal. Do you practice being a buffoon or is it natural?

Sky Blues Trust - Open Letter

Ian, I never really followed Les Reid and have even less understanding of his departure or the reasons behind it. I am sure you are correct in that some allow the hatred that has developed for SISU to narrow the options they see going forward. However, the evidence currently available suggests...

Sky Blues Trust - Open Letter

I do not see any comments suggesting that many have turned on the SBT. But many are expressing a view. From my understanding that is exactly what the SBT want. Sky Blues fans making it clear what they see as the way forward. They in turn do a bloody good job of representing the bulk of the fans...

99 year lease, fair rent, revenues

The question is "Is the granting of ALL revenues within ACL's gift". I do not think it is. The third parties purchased the rights to those revenue streams and hard as it is to accept, they have a value. SISU could offer to buy these rights. But something tells me they won't.

99 year lease, fair rent, revenues

I think both sides have made it clear already. The crux of the issue is that what is acceptable to ACL / CCC is a million miles away from what SISU see as an acceptable position. That is because SISU do not see the success of the Football Club as their primary goal. I believe they see the...

Sky Blues Trust - Open Letter

In one sense yes. I do think that the course of the final outcome has been established. But the battle for what is right, no. I fear that the final outcome is not what most of us on here would wish for. I also believe that this final outcome has been predicated by those institutions that failed...

Sky Blues Trust - Open Letter

Yep that's for sure (But no worse than anywhere else) What I did find funny was how the CT have laid claim to the recent activity. You would think the march was all their doing. The battle is almost over and we now have a campaigning newspaper. Joke or what?

Acl to comment on Ricoh arena position

I think the suggestion was to support the Reverends theory that an additional tenant with potential would put pressure on SISU to start talking. Not a suggestion that we dump CCFC. (the later may be out of our control over the next few weeks anyway)

Acl to comment on Ricoh arena position

I think that points can be deducted at any time before relegation and promotion is clarified.

Don't be a bloody idiot. What I stated is what has been said in the press, court and is in domain. Only a cretin would think or say otherwise

Well said Richard Keogh - respect

Gee what complete bull. He may have been a decent player, but he is clueless about this matter. The only side that needs to change stance is SISU. And what bull shit to talk about growing up and showing maturity!!Just about all other parties have tried to compromise other than them. It has...

Ricoh legal row costs city tax payers £500k

I think that whilst you are right to be cautious with anything SISU related I think that they would be hard pressed to duck this one. The only real way would be to liquidate the companies who had costs awarded against them. But as in the case that would be easy for CCFC and even Sky Blue Sports...

    Can/should the FL intervene?

Just on an anatomical note. The football league was never born with a pair of bollocks, so your statement is difficult to relate too. They were also born spineless, gutless witless and brainless. Other than that I 100% agree with you.:p:facepalm::claping hands:

    Disturbing

What CCFC was paying was too much, no doubt about that. But what concerns me is that SISU could have had access to 50% of the benefits of ACL profits and could have worked to reverse the contracts with existing lease holders. They didn't, they tried to play hard boys to get the RICOH and...
