    Possible signings?

Nothing will change until this 4:5:1 madness is changed to accommodate a holding Centre-forward backed up by a no 10 in close proximity. Simples innit ??

    Should pressley be sacked

Still feel the team is hampered because of SP's stubbornness in pursuing this inept 4:5:1 formation - it can only work with very mobile and incisive midfielders where we clearly have none. The body language of the team reinforces their dislike particularly Gary Madine operating for long periods...

Squad Rotation = Player Frustration ??

From having a threadbare squad in numbers and quality we now appear to have the luxury of multi - choicing in certain positions particularly the strikers. We appear to have: Nubret, Madine, Jackson, Tudgay, McQuoid and until recently Miller competing for the two main striking roles. Two...

    Football v Rugby Union

It can be easily summed up with the close up TV image (particular with corners) of the average football touchline fan, face contorted with anger/rage, vile language, derogatory hand motions, vilifying and booing star internationals - and these are the "grown ups" of our society !! What an...

    Clueless, Stubborn, arrogant

The first half saw us play 4:5:1 with Gary Madine a Billy no mates up front alone, forlorn and clearly not enjoying life. What on earth is attractive about this formation that also leaves midfield resembling a kids kick and rush area with too many passes short and negative. Second half showed...
