Apologies, when Hola is installed from chrome store as an extension it works great. For some reason I've never been able to watch sky highlights even though I'm in the UK. Maybe they have a grudge against BT infinity? Thanks for solving my issue watching sky highlights :)

You'd be better off using a free proxy service like if you can't configure a VPN https://www.proxfree.com/proxy/ I've used IE and still can't access Sky highlights. Can't see any solutions on google either
