I think this is a game of brinkmanship. Fisher's ever more preposterous statements are attempts to muddy the waters and put doubts in our minds as to to who is really to blame for our situations. Whilst I am sure the Council/Higgs/ACL might do some things differently if you could rewind time...

I think that while it comes down to court battles, financial arguments, company structures etc, SISU are in their comfort zone, they do this sort of thing every day of the week, and I fear will always be one step ahead. A way has to be found to bring things out of their comfort zone into areas...

But they won't get a deal to play at the Ricoh because ACL, Council and Higgs won't deal with SISU, and can't permanently move. They have no venue arranged, even less long term plans to build an alternative stadium in the Cov area. I wonder if anyone knows what powers the Football League have...
