I think people may be reading a little too much into things. Didn't Orange Ken come out recently and said that he had secured more funds from SISU? I hope I'm wrong though, in fact I'd love to be wrong. Maybe you know something?????

Good to see some people backing McPake. As I said previously in this thread, I personally think he is the best 'defender' we have. He may not be as comfortable on the ball as Cranie or Keogh, but in terms of defending, he is the best we have.

Watford's biggest miss will be Danny Graham. They could really struggle this season IMO.

I would agree with the last couple of comments. I think McPake and Turner would be our strongest pairing, but then I would find it very difficult to leave Cranie out. How about playing 3 central defenders? We have more defenders than midfielders anyway...

Despite what I've previously said, I am very surprised that Bell has been given a contract until 2015! :facepalm: McPake's is until 2013.

No mate, the young lads (Cameron, Clarke, Wilson, Ireland etc), Ben Turner and Gary McSheffrey have recently. I'm sure there would have been a few before aswell.

Fair enough. I'm not arguing, just a difference in opinion. Each to their own eh mate. :)
