I can't see what ACL can do,the company that rented the Arena has gone bust & no longer exists,to approach the new company that already has an agreement to play football in Northampton would surely bring some sort of legal problems to them.

Please explain in plain english what the council have done wrong,the tenants have defaulted on the rent & owe £1.3 mil.The landlord offered to reduce rent to a more than an acceptable level & still some people criticise .
