Happy Friday everyone, this popped up on my timeline. Something to lift the rainy autumnal gloom. Vividly remember standing in front of the TV as a 12 year old screaming "JOOHHHNNNNYYYYY" as that drop kick went over. Still get emotional watching it.
I'm lucky in that I drive down on a Friday evening for a Saturday game anyway and stay with my Mum for the weekend, so this is probably the best day out of Fri/Sun/Mon they could move it to. Still not happy though because in the long run I'm another one who's questioning whether a ST is worth it...
I think it's partly that we haven't played Bristol on a Saturday in a while so it's a chance for a day out. Preston we've played a LOT over the last 20 years and never win there.
Obviously short notice but there's still over 2,500 tickets on sale for the semi-final next Saturday, all the French fans ditching theirs. It's through the official site's resale platform, most of them are Cat 2 at €350.
