    Championship thread 24/25!

And I say Derby County's best left-back is Craig Forsyth! Callum Elder!

DK: This monstrosity of a squad costs £40million. I mean, the chant was fun but...I'm ruined!

Match Thread Watford (a) - Sat 14th Sept

I think the negativity of the day was summed up by a conversation I overheard at Canley Train Station this morning. Some older supporters seeming to be annoyed at posts of City players pronouncing their names, playing head tennis and laughing and seeming to be having a good time. They would...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

The process is simple, but takes a lot of time, yeah. Having worked for the FOS, I have to say, they are run by very good people who know it could and should be more efficient.

    Premier League thread

I think I have a better chance of understanding the extreme intricacies of quantum mechanics before I understand how Robert Sanchez is a Premier League goalkeeper.

    Squad photo

We're discussing the suitability of our owner having the biggest record of being associated with our football club.... I think that is a good sign it's in a squad photo, rather than from court papers like during SISU. I think we're going in the right direction.

The justice system is predicated on the premise that it is better for a guilty person to walk free than an innocent person to be found guilty, therefore the starting point probably is the latter is better than the former. With that being said, it is incredibly tough. I hope any concerns are put...

    On this day in 2001

Loved how the ball boy was so quick at one point to get the ball to the throw-in taker. Now, I swear our ball boys seem to be all of a Planck length in height and seriously slow to get the ball to players when we're losing or have the impetus in the game

Good to see he's going into politics after robbing banks and patching things up with Michael!

    England - Lee Carsley Era

I think, given what Rice said afterwards, it was more out of respect for members of his family with Irish roots. I do not subscribe to the practice of booing players myself, but I have nothing against it. Although it is self-destructive as it seems to be one hell of a motivator. No issues with...

    England - Lee Carsley Era

Agreed, hence why I was mocking people with this opinion. Perhaps too subtle for the internet, apologies (I added context later in the thread that it was a joke, if you wish to peruse)

ex players - what could have been

I think Bayliss was very good at progressing the ball, seemed to glide past players with ease. Shame it never worked out for him, thought he had good potential, but probably a good bit of business when we sold him.

Thought our midfield problem was bad, now one of our coaches is training to be back-up right back!

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

This I completely agree on. The UK is probably the greenest major economy, but it counts for none since we import a huge amount of products from countries with some of the worst economies for the environment.
