    Dovin

We needed a big, dominating, aggressive, mouthy keeper to come off his line, control the box and help organise our weak ass defense. Unfortunately Dovin doesn't tick many of those boxes. Not his fault. It's a recruitment issue.

I don't believe Robins had no say on the assistant manager position. I agree on experienced player, although maybe easier said than done. We've bought in a lot of players for a lot of money, and I'm sure Robins was involved in agreeing all of them. Loans shouldn't have been necessary. The on...

That King has wrecked is the sentence. Less diversion more specifics fella.

Robins has said he agrees with the development strategy and Doug several times. Btw Kitching and EMC are both 25. That's where this conversation started.

What did Robins build and how has King wrecked it to cause the on the field problems we have now?

I'm saying everything I've said is true. What do you disagree with? The diversion to King re those serious on the pitch failures is silly.

Changing the team every week / our best team

Strange not playing Saka and MVE together. They were the only partnership that worked well and gave some positive team spirit. In a scrap I'd probably give Norman more of a go. And play Bidwell when he's back. Wright is hanging by a thread but has a bit of quality.

I'm sure King chops and changes the team every week, uses subs poorly, can't adapt to opposition changes, hasn't got players to do the basics or work together, can't seem to motivate the players. King is a terrible manager, right?

    And with that Simms chance....

Simms is a big lumbering striker with all the negatives of that but very few of the benefits ie. poor in the air, can't hold it up, not particularly strong, not aggressive. He's very very limited. You'd hope coaching could develop him but we're not seeing it.

So what subs we looking at? Simms for Wright, Torp for Rudoni on 70 mins? Whatever the score or balance of play.

The reality is we don't really have any quality left in the squad. Wright is probably the pick and he is largely a mess who very occasional sparks. We've got to play much better as a coherent disciplined team because individuals aren't going to do it.

    Sam Allardyce

Being Gimoc I expected Big Sam had slipped on KoS gel, broke his pelvis and is out for 2 or 3 months in Warwick hospital being looked after by a Muslim trying to take over the world by seeding chemtrails.

O’Hare Already has a sheff utd thread calling for him to be dropped and majorly slagging him off.

    Simms and Wright

That about sums him up unfortunately. You'd hope we would see signs of development and improvement in some of those areas but we haven't really. At the minute he needs someone to lay it on a plate for him and we don't have those players anymore.

    Time's Up

It's hardly like Simms and Wright had a great partnership last season. In fact I think they only rarely played together. Imo Wright has quality, but is a bit of a luxury player given his work rate and lack of engine. I'd still play him though. Simms has huge confidence issues, but is also very...

    Time's Up

The whole point is you have to keep picking the same 11, even if some need time. Trust your judgement and give them 5 or 6 games. Use the rest of the squad for subs and to cover injuries. The trouble is now he is under real pressure and more likely to flap about.

    Time's Up

I suspect at the moment a large majority of fans still back Robins. That may change quite quickly if we enter the relegation zone for a few weeks. My main problem with him is he still does not to know his best 11 and best style of play. His chopping and changing just drains confidence even...
