I'd have thought being without a chief executive for a year would be a literal benefit to the city, especially given we're paying a massive amount for the privilege and that the current holder clearly isn't capable of doing the job properly.

Does sound something like that. Strange that the bondholders, or at least some of them, went through all of the hassle of crowdfunding legal advice but then didn't challenge in court. We might know in a few, but if I was a betting man I'd put a fiver on MA winning this.

Quite possibly mate, but I'm capable of appearing reasonably professional when it comes to it. It wasn't done anonymously and I was completely open and serious about the intention. Good practice, imho, would have been to respond regardless. A request for proof of funds would soon push away...
