From what I've seen the media are reporting on police making preparations for so many gatherings. The police haven't come out and denied it. I doubt the media have just gone off on one on a notes app.

Yeah but I feel like we need some sort of 'malicious online communications' bill. Make it the responsibility of the platform to moderate accounts and take action against them no matter where they are based with financial penalties for non compliance.
