I think the failure to bolster the midfield has been a massive failure. We tried to get that guy who went to Forest way back in June, which was a full two months before the end of the window. They had plenty of time to do something.

Absolutely. They were very friendly. We stayed behind to clap the players and were some of the last to leave the stand and as we left three young girl stewards thanked us as we left and hoped we had a safe journey home. Doesn't cost anything to be polite and friendly.

Chances are, even with Robins, we wouldn't have shown the same progress we have over recent years for a few different reasons. New coaching regime, new players, etc. Whatever, there are a hundred different reasons. So this would have been a season of consolidation. And, there's nothing wrong...
