    Quite possibly.

    Doug King Takeover

One thing I’ve just got from that interview is that he was born and raised in Lowestoft 🤔 the same town I’ve lived in since I was 10 y/o so 43 years. I’ll see what I can find out.

    Better Days ..... SkyBlueBeliever

I could never support another club, imagine how boring it would be with only the football to concentrate on 🤔

    Better Days ..... SkyBlueBeliever

This is what gets me, are SISU in on this play and if so why. If they’re not and it is a plan by Ashley & King to outwit and get shot of them, can you imagine Joys reaction when the penny dropped…….

    Better Days ..... SkyBlueBeliever

So presuming King is an Ashley plant, put in position to secure majority ownership of the football club, are SISU in or out of the loop, is it an elaborate plan to oust them from the club in a devious way or are they playing an active role ‘and if so why. I’m confused.

Arena dilapidation costs - £12.9m over next 3 years

There was talk about this £13million repairs weeks ago I think, when the news first broke about Wasps going under, can’t remember where I heard it but it was on here.

Arena dilapidation costs - £12.9m over next 3 years

So that’s what Millwall were up to all those years ago, it was a fire drill.

Certainly won’t be a shock to Ashley, they spent the last 2 weeks or so completing due diligence didn’t they.

    Under the Bookies Radar:

Seems I was onto something after all, without a single championship game being played our odds in all fields have now shortened, we were 50/1 for the league now 40/1, we were 14/1 to win promotion but we are now 8/1. I ended up having a good wedge on the bet that stood out for me 9/2 on a top 6...

Mike Ashley Takeover …Ready and Waiting

If you believe you can turn said Championship club into a Premiership club relatively quickly, then yeah. For anyone looking at us with such intentions, you would have to think we’d be a very attractive proposition, despite all the disruption and angst going on behind the scenes, the football...

Mike Ashley Takeover …Ready and Waiting

When he took over the club we’re on a downward spiral, obviously any multitude of things can cause this and when it sets in it can take years to put the brakes on and steady things up, he increased spending including on wages but the rot and supporters apathy had well and truly set in. Man Utd...

    Doug King Takeover

But every previous offer to buy them out involved substantial amounts of cash (maybe not enough but substantial all the same) why would this be different. This whole process stinks of everything that’s underhand about SISU and after the news broke last night I was happy for about 10 mins, then...

    Doug King Takeover

I’m very busy so I’ve had to drop out of thread and can’t catch up ‘so if already broached forgive me. How much of his own actual money has Doug King spent acquiring CCFC from SISU. All previous takeover attempts came with a cash offer, so I presume as they’ve actually accepted this offer...

My main source of shock comes from the energy bill of £2000  they’re a freaking great stadium complex, how do they get them that low.

    Can we do a Forest

If that happens in January I honestly think we’d be nailed on for top 6.

    Next 5 games

Nothing to fear in any of those games, would imagine all of those teams will lose more sleep thinking about us than we will them. Honestly thinking 15 points but likely one game will upset the form book, so 4 wins and a draw at home to Swansea.

    Under the Bookies Radar:

I disagree. A run of 22pts from 25 10 clean sheets in 13 games. 4 wins on the spin. This is the type of form that usually stirs the bookie into action, our odds have barely moved. Also the bookie won’t offer odds now that reflect any transfer business we may do in January.
