So 17 weeks after the break in at the shop there is still little or no stock? Surely as a matter of business they would have reorder levels etc and would have placed an order for Xmas stock some time in August given such lead times before the break in?. Surely they didn't buy a whole seasons...

on the deadline issue, doesn't the clubs own customer charter indicate they will reply to all correspondence within 10 days. The Trust letter I think was sent over 2 weeks ago. So a deadline of 31 December is hardly unreasonable. But there seem to be a lot of different views on that issue and...
