Transfer Rumour 25/26 Summer Transfer Window

Send Bassette out on loan to a lower Belgian Pro League team for a year. If he does well we can convince one of the big boys to spend £5m+ on him.

Gone from every game starter under Robins to 6th choice CM for Lampard. If Stoke want to give us £1.5m-3m in the summer for him I'd take it.

I've never forgotten Morris's performance in the playoff final. Don't think he lost an aerial battle vs McFadz that day despite the height disadvantage because he was so good at using his body and nudging our CBs off balance.

    Transfer Rumour Miguel Ángel Brau

There's a 23yo 6'4 right back in the J.League I like who's absolutely rapid if we want to make a Tony Pulis-esque defence

Couple of LaLiga team fans in the QRTs sad that they didn’t get him. This could be a bit of a coup if he can adapt.

Against Boro they played like a real duo though. Swapping who was the deepest and the other making a passing lane.

Genuinely think someone like Kieffer Moore would have a great time in our system with all the crosses that get put into the box. Simms and Wright can be fairies when it comes to attacking ball's in the air.

Thomas is worse on the ball going forward. Kitching is much worse with the ball cleaning up through balls. Constantly boots it out rather than take a touch or calmly play back to the keeper. I miss Callum Doyle man.

Completely agree with this. Last few weeks we’ve looked so strong at home because Grimes and Sheaf have been playing in a proper midfield two. It’s let us slice through teams. Grimes taking up the 3rd CB position last night absolutely killed us. Meant Sheaf was 1 vs 2 in midfield and couldn’t...

    Errors Leading To Goals

Think about it this way: how many of our players are actually comfortable and don’t capitulate under pressure with the ball at their feet? Good: Grimes, Sheaf, Tatsu, Dasilva, Rudoni Poor: BTA, Wright, Thomas, Allen, Eccles Liability: MVE, Simms, Kitching, Wilson, Collins If Lampard is...

None of the attackers looked like they were capable of scoring tonight. Very disappointing performance.

Playoff Semi Final 1st Leg Bristol City - Sheffield Utd 08/05/25 8pm ko

I just can't see us beating Sheff Utd at Wembley after what they did to us this season. But I am the most pessimistic man in existence.

Dortmund chiefs spotted in Newcastle for negotiations to sign Jobe Bellingham, 2 days before the playoff semi. Hopefully will unsettle the young man and cause him to drop a stinker.

Should get a loan to challenge Wilson while Dovin is out. We all know Dovin is the no.1 of the future, so not worth spending big money or wages on the new guy. Josh Keeley been on loan at Orient in L1 from Tottenham. 16 clean sheets in 35 games. 4th in save percentage. Take him for a year.

We’re watching genuinely historic levels of bad goalkeeping.
