Going down. The almost certain demise of the Sky Blues.

Absolutely. The pressure is on Pressley. Is he the right man for the job? There are exceptions, but its the 87% stat that shows its unlikely...

Going down. The almost certain demise of the Sky Blues.

Ive put quite a lot of time into this one. Thought you may be interested. http://aprisonofmeasuredtime.wordpress.com/2013/07/13/going-down-the-almost-certain-demise-of-the-sky-blues/ If we move to Sixfields, and our attendance figures are around 3,000 a game, our income could drop to around...

    Fraud ?

Mr Fisher is a man of integrity? He released details of his bid during a Q&A to the Telegraph stating all the unsecured creditors would be paid of in full. Check out the proposal from the administrator setting out what the unsecured creditors are set to receive. Not quite as he stated...

    Fan's Survey by the club

Ive spoken to someone who called the FL on this. The FL apparently said they had no cause to ask for it to be held back and would not be in a position to object even if they did. Which they didn't. Its the club that don't want it published.

Bond Not Payable Until End Of Third Year !!!!

Directors/Companies can only go through one administration according to FL rules. Actually, what am I saying? The FL regs don't actually mean anything do they...

Bond Not Payable Until End Of Third Year !!!!

If the transfer of the layers registrations took place outside of the transfer windows, then the FL fall foul of FIFA's statutes. The transfer had to be done before the end of the transfer window last summer. If you want more background, its covered here...

The Administrators Proposal, Arvo and the Football League

I think that so far Otium have paid for the assets. They acquire the whole company once/if ACL agree to the CVA. The Telegraph report isn't that clear, but I interpreted the proposal to mean that SISU are planning on writing off the total amount due, so Otium won't need to pay another penny...

The Administrators Proposal, Arvo and the Football League

Arvo must have given the green light to the administrator to write-off the money owed to them. That would then allow PA to sell to another company.

    Arena Rent

Grego, Torch, Paxman: Do you think that SISU would alter the rent agreement for relegation if ACL owned the club and SISU owned the lease from the council on the Ricoh? If you do, would you care to show me examples where they have acted in a similar way with distressed companies.

Worth also bearing on mind that Sixfields is about to undergo extensive repairs to 2 sides of the ground this season. We are moving to a building site.

    Arena Rent

'I am sure that the administration would have been averted if Clarke had remained fit and we still had that chance of the playoffs'. Did you really mean to type that? The team were doing quite well until the leagues top scorer (whilst employed by the city) McGoldrick was offered better...

    Arena Rent

Good point. For clarity then. Do you think if ACL owned the club and SISU owned the lease from the council on the Ricoh, and that SISU would alter the rent agreement for relegation? If you do, would you care to show me examples where they have acted in a similar way with distressed companies.

    Arena Rent

    1. Agree signed by original owners. If CCFC couldn't find the £3m required when we were in the Premier league to help fund the build, when did they expect to have enough funds to buy into a completed project? 2. SISU had an option to buy the Higgs Trust share in ACL. The SBSL accounts show...

    Arena Rent

Our problem comes from the arrogance of both former and current directors/owners. It never occurred to any of them we weren't destined to go anywhere but up. SISU should have noticed that the contract contained no clauses that allowed for rebates for relegation when taking over. There was a...

    Arena Rent

How many were played last year? What number is the venue restricted to and why? To suggest that the club only use ther stadium '25 time slots of 12 hours' is pretty lame. Hence my reply.

What did it cost then? Ive seen a report that confirms £113m. Can you post a link to back up your costs, as very interested to see an alternative reports. If i sell land to Tesco, when does that become my money to invest where ever I like? Will it always be Tesco's money.? If thats the...

    Arena Rent

Sorry - missed the reports of ACL directors holding guns to the heads of McGinity and Richardson, forcing them to sign under duress. How come it took SISU so long to work out the rent was so high. Poor due diligence? Unlike them to not notice for five years. I thought they were business...

This episode has been painful but necessary

Is the rent too high for a club in the premiership sharing the TV rights of over £1billion a year? For example, QPR received £39.7m last season. Why is the club in the third tier? Is that because players like Westwood, Gunnarsson, Keogh, Jukebox etc have left due to improved offers elsewhere...

We are moving to a ground that is about to be redeveloped FFS

According to Wikipedia, the west stand holds 4,000. The East just 1,700. So NTFC are looking at a reduced capacity for the season from 7,653 to 3,653 when the work is started on the west stand. Ive never seen a redevelopment take place that doesn't result in the whole stand being closed for...
