not sure I can entirely agree with that - and if the ball doesn’t go to one of our players it’s a fairly irrelevant point anyway… KP, and even Allen were pretty progressive with their passes, and the centre halves were also playing some pretty decent balls forward too

yeah, you’d probably want a more defensive minded / stronger tackling midfielder in with him, but for instance you could play Sheaf, Rudoni and say one of EMC / BTA / KP more advanced

agree with this, and as Rudoni looked more effective dropped back into midfield perhaps play Rudoni and Eccles / Torp / Sheaf when fit, with Palmer a bit further up - only problem is Palmer tends to tire through a game so we’d also need a plan B still doesn’t hide the fact we need at least one...
