    Things that annoy you

There's been rumours for a while they're look at offering VR, and we were talking about it, how much they'd need to offer to go etc, and I just asked him as part of that. He's same level as me but I've he's only been here just over a year.

    Things that annoy you

Snowflakes, never met one before, but I've been moved to a new site and one of the lads here is an absolute baby, everyone else told me to tread on eggshells around him, but I'm currently waiting to go into a meeting with HR, what's put me in this position? I've asked him if he would take a VR...

Moving Forward - New Stadium Questions

Exactly mate, it'll be far worse then the Ricoh 'expierence'. I have a feeling the uni will want it, so they can start doing athletics meetings there.

Moving Forward - New Stadium Questions

I'm interested to know if it'll be a multi venue event, ie, will it have an athletics track.

    Realistic signings

Exactly re Wilson & Maddison, We'd have been looking at about 50mill for the pair as opposed to the 6 million or so we got. I would say it's a less risky strategy then throwing money at names, yes some signings won't work out but others will go beyond their threshold, It's a system that works...

    Realistic signings

They have the exact same model as us with players, find players that are 'undervalued' for whatever reason, let them shine for a year or 2 and cash in, Can't remember of the top of my head, but they've received something like £150 million in transfer fees in 4 or 5 years.

    Realistic signings

I do agree we have plenty in those positions, I'm just not sure any of them are actually good enough (apart from O'Hare).

    New Stadium Announcement!!!!!!

I've had a thought, as this stadium will be in partnership with the uni, are they going to want to have a running pitch around the pitch? One of the poor things about the Ricoh is the huge space between the playing surface and the seated areas. This is a proposed plan for a light rail network...

    Realistic signings

How about Sammie Szmodics from Bristol City? Was on fire for Peterborough when they signed him, I reckon BC would be willing to allow him to leave for a few months to see if he can make the step up to Championship level.

    Callum Wilson Where to next

I could see him at spurs actually, would fit in well with their system, I also think Harry Kane needs to move on this transfer window, his career is going nowhere fast playing under Mourinho.

    Fitness trainer controversy

I think it's something like only 3% have kept the weight off once they hit the 5 year mark, valid point re: mental health, I do think people are overweight due to unhappiness and potentially using it as a coping mechanism.

Match Thread The Aston Villa Relegation Party

They thought the season was over, I think they fully expected Villa to lose to Arsenal. I think at the start of the Arsenal game, Watford were 5 or 6 goals ahead of Villa too.

Match Thread The Aston Villa Relegation Party

Watford are a shambles, they could have lost 1-0 today and still stayed up if Villa got spanked.

    Top British Bands - 60's-90's ?

The Prodigy are right up there and James & Ocean Colour Scene are very underrated 90's bands.

    Fitness trainer controversy

In regards to diets working long term, what are we actually looking at, people not sticking to a diet? I stuck to my healthy eating for a solid 3 years and kept on looking better and better, when I got injured and started drinking again and allowing myself bad food where I knew I wasn't doing...
