    Wasps finances 2016

one thought I forgot to share These results do not point to any great compromises available on income streams to keep CCFC at the Ricoh. In fact it may have helped CCFC if the Wasps results had been better because all events at the Ricoh will at worst have to breakeven that includes CCFC to...

    Wasps finances 2016

not got a lot of time to go through all this, am trying to get my own business sorted in preparation for my second hip replacement this year so bit pressed for minutes in long days at the moment. First impression, whilst the increase in turnover is impressive I would think there would be...

well they were sourced via agents with contacts in the far east who had them couriered the raw ingredients to the UK in a diplomatic bag, where the salt & vinegar crisps were created in a secret location not far from here, payment was arranged through a complicated off shore arrangement after...

Bloody hell are there not more pressing things to do with CCFC than events that happened over 10 years ago?! Not to mention it is dead and buried because none of CCFC Ltd, CCFC H Ltd and Arena 2001 Ltd exist any more and have been struck off so will not be investigated AEHC owned the shares it...

    Chocolate Teapot?

Think the difference is Nick that Wasps get things done then it comes out - leaves not too many questions or doubts On the other hand TF says something (usually a might, could, may happen, cant because of someone else) everybody immediately doubts it and questions. Most times there are no...

    Chocolate Teapot?

But what do you want to know from Wasps Nick? Its CCFC with the problems on and off the pitch, CCFC the club in crisis, the club under threat - bad news has always made better copy than good news. What problems at Wasps do you want to know about or are interested in? What to do with Wasps are...

    Jon Sharp - BPA

all this is easily solved by revealing the detailed outline plans and how it works. Political embargos seem to be an excuse. Show the plans (not a rehash of Brentford's stadium like CCFC did before) explain the vision, back it up and put pressure on others for a change, carry the fans with you...

    Chocolate Teapot?

You don't know that the CT and others are not questioning Wasps ........ but by the same token how often do we hear from SISU? In these situations then best advice is often say nothing - be it Wasps or SISU Not the way it should be but it is the way it is Wasps tend only to speak on things...

    Coventry Cathedral to help Mediate?

so what I take from this is. - There are bits that seem entirely reasonable - repeat things enough times they might stick - someone would prefer the church with no commercial expertise to an MP on a select committee previously vocal against SISU - that a defined remit to mediate between CCFC &...

    Chocolate Teapot?

Think there has been a great leap from mediation to forcing attendance at the select committee on football governance. How are the select committee terms of reference actually going to relate to Wasps exactly. Even if Wasps were forced to attend all they have to say is they are the legal long...

    Chocolate Teapot?

Can't help thinking this sounds better than can be actually achieved. Mediation has to be focussed not wide ranging or it does not work. It is not about an investigation it is about solving a particular problem by compromise. Why would a rugby club that now owns what has become through ownership...

    Price on the club !!!

Why ? The club is Otium trading as CCFC. You do not need to buy SBS&L Otium is not involved in JR1 and is named on JR2 only JR2 hasn't started and seems to be dependent on success in JR1. The JR's do not achieve any funds for SISU they would need to win those cases then take a claim for damages...

    Price on the club !!!

The shares of Otium are worth nothing and it is not for sale You could buy the assets and football related liabilities (FL requirement) but not Otium shares - see above as to values

    Jon Sharp - BPA

on another thread there was a you tube interview with Jon Sharp, seemed to be looking at something more modest from what he was saying

    Price on the club !!!

I am sure SISU would love £15m CD but cant think of any reason why anyone rational would pay that much. Otium bought CCFC Ltd assets for £1.5m including Golden share, some continuing contracts £466k and a rates rebate of around £400k I think . So half of that £1.5m no longer exists. To add to...

Will Wasps aquiring the Ricoh damage CCFC?

The basic simple answer is yes..... not sure how you can see it any other way. However if you then go on and ask the same old questions and get in to the same old circular arguments on here then it is not perhaps so clear cut in some ways. Depends how the club reacts to this and how the owners...

After the march and boycott, What next ?

I think someone suggested black scarves previously....... I think that would be something that could be done ........ simple black with CCFC on say in sky blue But taking it a step further make a small charge and have that cover cost and a donation to the Jimmy Hill Legacy fund....... should...
