The point you seem to be making is that payments are being secreted out to related parties and are undeclared to the Auditors
However there seems no justification for this.
Any such transactions would be declared in the notes to the accounts
As OSB has confirmed, there are management charges but they are not being paid but being added to a loan account that seems will not be paid - unless fortunes change
There is a saying in business that everything is for sale at the right price.
If there is a buyer out there they should put in a serious offer and see what response they get. At least then there is a "marker" about which a discussion can tak eplace.
Nor the local rugby club who are less than a mile away
Also what they do not say is the Coventry BID is funded by the city centre shop keepers by compulsory charges so why should they fund blatant free publicity for WASPS?
