It will only go to committe if the objections fall within the necessary criteria. A hundred people submitting comes along the lines of "This is a stitch up and Higgs/CCC should hang their heads in same as CCFC's Academy will be lost" doesn't mean it will be brought before the committe.

We seem to be moving away from the point. His answer to the question was nothing is certain. You previous reply said this was spin - which this isn't.

But it's not certain. SISU/CCFC may not be able to accept the offer as it's unworkable. I still don't see how it's either spin or PR or can be compared to the type of comments Fisher has made, none of which have come to fruition.

Honest question - how is this spin? He's been asked if the Wasps development would impact on the Academy and he's said nothing is certain.

I think the biggest issue being faced with this site is the infrastructure. I know people have said the roads could be closed, there's sufficient parking in close proximity and people could/would catch the train but it would still be driving people/traffic to an area which only has one access...

Oh my days! We've found common ground. There seems to be a general consensus that all bad feelings need to be put to one side and answers sought - this article could have achieved that if Breed had been asked/pressed for an update on their position.

How am I ignoring what's going on by asking why the article was ran without the other side being approached? By doing so would/may have brought some clarity around what's actually going on rather than all the second guessing.

Why run the article with no quotes from the Higgs side?

I'm not turning it on the club - I just don't think this type of article is going to be of any benefit to the situation. Reid's abrupt style of journalism isn't what is needed at the moment.
