Yes he’s a slow starter. But I’m starting to see enough that he’ll improve on a decent trajectory.

Think one of the things we’re seeing is he’s adding more to his game. His hold up play is slowly getting better and I think we’ve seen Robins try to add this to strikers that have come before. If he can bag a few more and become a bit of a goal scoring target man, that could be rather valuable.

Keep at least until the end of the season, but I’d be looking to bring in another younger striker to develop. Sinclair Armstrong would be interesting.

Squad’s in a decent place, few areas we could tidy up. Centre mid certainly but having changed system now I don’t think it’s quite as necessary to get the “Hamer replacement” as it were (although it would be nice!). Said about Styles and Max Bird which would give us decent balance in there...
