Do we know which Country and where is hosting the complaint? It could be in shutdown?

Because you would assume all DD etc would be carried out pre exchange. It is most unusual for either party to go back and say " oh by the way we forgot to cover this can we change ..."

But the indemnity presumably was prepared at the time of purchase and before legal actions

If they had wanted to rearrange the lease to get a better deal for all existing parties then it was possible.

I have a number of legal colleagues and they all agree a number of commercial cases have doubtful and whimsical decisions. Apparantly this is all understood!
