This is where its a grey area. Telling a joke to your mates about Diana is one thing. Displaying a banner publicly mocking a death so that thousands of others can see it, it's totally different.

Whether you like it or not, breach of the peace is an arrestable offence. I'm pretty sure pissing off thousands of folk with an offensive banner mocking the accidental death of someone, can be classed as breach of the peace.

I've not said being healthy or funny is illegal FFS. So you think such banners are OK do you??

The only question I have is how come you don't find mocking the death of humans who died in a tragic accident, offensive?! The very nature of someone mocking innocent death is offensive.

Yes they should. If people get away with what I'll term 'cuntish' behaviour, they'll continue to be absolute bellends in society. It's a race to the bottom for people like that. It's just not good for anyone, not healthy and certainly not funny.
