I honestly remember thinking he looked pretty good when I saw him play for Birmingham. That was only a few times though. Could be other reasons he’s not in their team much at the moment, not necessarily ability? Either way, I will reserve judgement.

This is one of my bigger concerns. Made some high profile / relatively expensive signings and at the moment for the majority of them, we look far off even recouping the money we paid.

He wouldn’t have come here with his reputation on the line after a few dodgy management episodes to then not be able to make changes where he deems necessary.

I think we will get no more than 2 players in, but also I think that could be enough to be the difference.

Rob, you’re honest and we’ve all been there. Get the frustration. It’s hard to think of the players feelings when they earn my weeks wage in less than a day, but from a completely selfish point of view, I want them to not be shit 😂
