I mean, he's had a couple of good seasons at Blackburn and then whilst not doing anything in Spain, hit 6 goals in 14 games for Sheff Utd in the second half of last season in the EPL. Almost 1 in 2 in the Premier League in more than 10 games (for a crap side) is good going. He's not a bad player.

Fair response. My dad was part of the Orange order and in a band that marched through marching season. I do concede that there's the triumphalism nature to it though. I'd class myself as an atheist as well to be fair, despite being 'raised' as a Protestant.

I think I've said this before but a friend of mine has done some personal training work with him and said he's a nice bloke. I've also met him a couple of times and he's been sound.
