We should not let this go, the game is corrupt to the core

So the numbers are even for the shootout. Otherwise they are actually at a disadvantage as the opponents will get round to their better takers again quicker.

That Kai Andrews is our most important player, 100% win record.

    24/25 changes?

Yeah, I understand what you meant. Was just pointing out to get that almost guaranteed level of quality it will cost big money.

    24/25 changes?

Phenomenal player at this level. £11m + at least £2m more in add ons though - not the market we are shopping in.

I dunno, can understand it. Thomas is covering the man in the middle, yes he can come across but don't believe he'd stop Gallagher getting a shot away, it's definitely a goal scoring opportunity.

    VAR needs an overhaul

Sympathise with them because they are being asked to do so much & everything about it is subjective & imo unnecessary. Look at the way they just guess where to put the lines for the offside too. I don't think people realise there is absolutely zero science behind it, just total guesswork using...

    Referee

Yep but you're still chasing the impossible. As I always expected, VAR has made the game far, far worse & actually leads to more Ref abuse. They should have just invested that money into properly supporting, training & recruiting referees.

    New number one needed

That's the crux. I've always said that at this level there's not a great deal between most first choice keepers. There's only a couple of top ones imo (Hermansen & maybe Cooper) & then maybe the same again who are probably not good enough & then the rest pretty similar but with different...

    Hull officiating

Not the case. Serious injury or head injury. In fact, it's gone more the other way with all the studies into head injuries. They are supposed to stop the game immediately.

    Callum O'Hare

Ran over 17k in the game on Sunday. The average distance covered by a player in a match is around 10k. Just think what he might have done if he hadn't "downed tools" eh?

    VAR needs an overhaul

Yes. You'll get even more close offsides given against the attacking team next season. The margin of error is removed.

    VAR needs an overhaul

Still no explanation of why the line is drawn over Wan-Bissaka's foot though.

    Callum O'Hare

Yeah, definitely looks not arsed... 🙄 Honestly, I'm not sure some of our fans deserve what this club has given them these last 7 years.

Whilst I agree with that statement I generally wouldn't listen to anything Hackett says tbf. Clown with an axe to grind.

    We NEED to appeal that.

Those snips are from the ones presented by TV/VAR as the frame they used. I've already said what I think about that whole scenario in the other thread, it's not fit for purpose but just accepted anyway. I have never seen the line drawn through a player's foot before though. It looks like it's...

    We NEED to appeal that.

I just want an explanation of why the line goes through Wan-Bissaka's foot. The only mention of it is in Dale Johnson's article here, he claims the line looks thicker as they added a 2nd line as the boot is in the air, it very obviously isn't though unless he's somehow levitating...
