    The 92 Club

Wow it's been mostly downhill for you, hasn't it!!

    The 92 Club

At various times I have completed the 92. Due to the new league teams Harrogate and Barrow, plus the new grounds at Wimbledon and Brentford, my overall total is 88. With Cov, the total is 41 but have also seen us play games against Grimsby, Southend, Chesterfield, Barnet, Dagenham, Notts County...

    Match Thread Cardiff City (A)

Wonder if MR still has the phone number for Baka's agent? All is forgiven, Twenty would be Plenty for us!

    Match Thread Cardiff City (A)

Am I the only one starting to think this is resembling the Boothroyd season? Flying start, flattening out, then going one/two wins in a dozen and before we know it we've dropped 10 league places.

    New stadium update:

I thought that the new deal did give us a slice of some of the matchday revenues e.g. bevvies, parking, hospitality, unlike the original 2005-2012 deal. May be wrong though.

    CWR v. Reading

No, I said only people who go to games. Some of my mates go to every home game from Kent, Essex, London and around, I'd listen to their view but not somebody who has sat on their arse watching it on iFollow in their bedroom.

    CWR v. Reading

Me too. The views of randomers are of no more value than any other fan. I'd much rather listen to an ex-pro analysing what's happened. It's a bit like watching the news when they interview Brenda from Bristol in the street whilst the political editor, who knows what's actually going on, is...

    CWR v. Reading

They probably have so few callers they have no choice but to put him on. I always thought that 606 should have a rule where they only take calls from people who'd attended games they were calling to talk about. Too often you get Man U or Liverpool fans from Kent giving it the expert view...

    New stadium

I still reckon that SISU's real game is to wait for Wasps to get into sufficient financial difficulty that they sell up for a pittance, probably going back down south and becoming a tenant in their natural heartland like MK Dons. Until then, don't expect spades in the ground.

How much would it cost to purchase the club? (Any debts to take on factored in as well)

https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/sport/football/football-news/coventry-city-gary-hoffman-consortium-13045999 If the above is to be believed, his third/highest bid was nothing like some of the numbers mentioned in this thread.

What happened to Hoffman and his "consortium" as prospective bidders? Now he has resigned from his day job, is he going to get the band back together? Or did that ship sail with his "welcoming Dale Evans" to his group?

    Partnership with #HerGameToo

Good that the club is supporting this initiative. As well as being the right thing to do for its own sake (which is reason enough alone to do it), if this boosts the club's support then all the better.

    Bakayoko

Was never comfortable listening to our fans essentially ridiculing an honest trier. Yeah he wasn't any good for us but regardless the mockery wasn't really called for.

    Earlsdon

I agree with your side on this - I meant horribly sad for the kid and his parents.

    Earlsdon

What a horribly sad thing to happen. What sort of situation would lead a woman to kill her own grandchild in front of his mother?

Where do they play these games, Ryton?

    Earlsdon

Is there any suggestion that the two Earlsdon incidents are linked to each other?
