Ah so that's how you get them to go up a gear?? Amazing. Two poor goals but Blackpool weren't markedly better at any point.

I love it when teams 'decide' to move in to second gear. Is that a collective decision? Or someone shouts a special code?

We could play a lot worse. Ironically we have this year and won and people lauded the result.

I'm not saying he's not accountable. He said that himself. But there's a difference between being accountable and the solution being wholesale change (again)

We played so much in to their hands (assume you're saying they had a master plan?) that their manager changed formation after 30 minutes and they scored after a long hoof fwd for the second goal? If so that's some genius management

And are midtable after a promotion

Do you clowns have the memory of a goldfish? Changing managers constantly hasn't worked. This manager has brought success. It's a long term plan....another window or two and this team will be close

Wtf are you talking about? Did you watch the Plymouth performance? Or the Wimbledon performance? If you did you'd know the performance was good and the result not deserved.

Amazing how dumb some of the reactions are. Separate the immediate reaction to losing vs the bigger picture....the team is better than it has been for a long time. The last 2.5 performances (Wimbledon, Plymouth and 1st half today) have been good. Poor goals, not taking chances but let's not be...

    Jim Blyth's comments on Oggy...

model is all wrong (i guess that could apply in numerous areas) but every club in the country has a senior keeper and a back-up. Can't think of many keepers in their early 20s in any of the leagues (Pickford @ Sunderland maybe)

    Jim Blyth's comments on Oggy...

It was Jim........can't argue with his viewpoint really.

    Jim Blyth

Jim isn't at middlesbrough any more.......left when Strachan did. Would be a much better bet as our goalkeeping coach imo

Keys - this takeover will take a while

It's a complex deal - I'd imagine one potential issue (amongst many) is no-one knows which league we'll be in next year (although we have a good idea) - ie if we're relegated the assets anyone acquires (future revenue, player values, future ticket sales) are diminished/written down. If relegated...

    Big changes ahead this week

Wage bill is very close to, if not, the lowest in the league. With Doncaster's recent spending spree likely to be lower than theirs now (c£6mn pa). Cardiff's last year was £16mn by the way
