I'm not sure if it can be done but i'd love Haskell to buy the Ricoh and therefore hopefully keeping it out of the hands of SISU, especially if they are doing what people suggest and just waiting until ACL go t*ts up so they can get the Ricoh on the cheap.

Another scenario, Sisu get CCFC Ltd back, go to ACL and sign a contract agreeing to go back to the Ricoh, ACL then turn around and say, you played for free the last 12 months, now you have to start paying. :)

I would imagine (or hope) the bid has been made using a Consortium name, rather than just Michael Byng. :confused:

FL and administrator have both said the GS was in Ltd but Sisu still claim it was in Holdings. Sisu have said there was nothing in Ltd, yet have bid for it, so there is obviously something in there worth having. It can't be about reuniting the club as Sisu claim the club is Holdings, so Ltd...

Fisher needs the bricks to build his new stadium. The JH statue will probably play up front next season the way we're releasing players with no chance of getting replacements while we're under yet another transfer embargo caused by SISU!!

Exactly what i said in another thread. We may not be able to call ourselves Coventry City FC but i can't see why we can't call ourselves just Coventry FC until SISU give up and then we buy the name for £1. :)

If Holdings claim to have beneficial rights to the share, then couldn't the FL state that Holdings is also in administration as it was supposed to be CCFC that was placed in admin, hence the 10 point deduction??

If that were true, then Fisher and co have nothing but if they're still paying the contracts, etc, then it doesn't fit in. The administrator and FL needs to come out and say that the whole company is in admin but at the moment they're just saying Ltd is. Get SISU Out!!
