They are miles away yet. Heads of terms (which is a working document I believe outlining the stages of purchase) are probably no where near being drawn up. This needs to be signed by both parties from my limited experience. This can take a while and this is only a guide to the transaction...

Couldn't agree more. I've bought two Premier club season tickets 5 years ago with a life time membership. I had to sign a contract to honour those season tickets for a period of five years. Obviously this is now up. Am I going to sign on the dotted line again? Am I bollox.
