    Own Goal ?

I also paid £15 on the gate. The lad in front of me paid £10 but he was a young adult. I'll be using the cash stile on Saturday, no booking fee!!

    Chris Anderson speaks..

Chris Anderson must have authorised the fiasco tonight. Agree completely with Bear 83, if he couldn't work tonight was going to be a disaster then he shouldn't near our club.

    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

CSF need a long term tenant, clearly that is the business model & that was the basis for the original build of Higgs. We (Ccfc) wouldn't commit so why we do expect CSF to hang about & play sisu games of bluff/counter bluff. We actually left once before & that must have have a left huge hole in...

    Matchday ticket prices ?!

I reckon there will be a large increase in matchday prices. If there is it will be a shame as the '£20 is plenty scheme' was about bang on. My guess is £22 or more. Me thinks Mr Anderson feels we have been getting things on the cheap.

    Ticket office staff losing jobs

Once you take away local knowledge the service will get worse. CA seems to think that everyone in Coventry will buy on line & print @ home.

    breaking news? at 5pm today

Bang on the money. Why would any landlord with a pain in the ass tenant not try to find a new tenant. It's called what goes around comes around. Treat people badly for long enough & you they will find a way of moving on without you. So Embarrassing for our Club. Option A : build working...

Best City XI of All-time (Strikers)

I just missed out on Wallace/Ferguson but the records speak for themselves. Can only vote on what you see and going for traditional big un / little un combo. Big: Dublin close Regis Small: Gallagher close Keane & Gibson. 5 great strikers, in today's market prob 75 million plus!!

Best City XI of All-time (CM)

Watched since 1976 & easily the best two central midfielders have been Boateng & Emerson. I think Dean Emerson would have gone on to play for a 'bigger' club and England, the tackle from Gary Megson was horrific and deliberate. Never was the same player. I saw Boateng make his debut against...

Pick your best city 11 since you've been alive!

Playing 4-4-2 Oggy Thomas Babb Peake Pearce Hutchinson Boateng McAllister Hunt Dublin Keane Everyone forgets Steve Hunt, quality left foot.

More Walsall tickets 4pm online only

This could be Walsall not wanting to sell on the day. There would have been a right scrummage for 500 tickets and then if they sold they would have people outside trying to get in.,

    Crewe - Guess the attendance

Couldn't agree more, turned up@ 7.20 & strolled in through cash stiles. My mates who wanted extra pint queued after leaving casino @ 7.35! I could have said told you so.......

    Queues at ticket office today

Cash stiles will be same as Wigan, stiles 30-34. I suggest not arriving at 7.40pm and moaning when you don't make kick off!

    Loudest Play Up Sky Blues

Easily the most unified was Spurs Away 1997 after the Middlesbrough & Sunderland games had finished. 4500 voices at their loudest.....awesome.

What does this mean for us?

We have priority on Saturday fixtures. If weekend fixtures clash wasps will play Sunday's.

    Favorite EVER CCFC Player

Glad someone mentioned Dean Emerson. If it hadn't been for one of worse tackles I've ever seen he would have played for England, unfortunately he would also have been sold to a 'bigger' club. For the 7 months we had him before injury he was on par with George Boateng, both were top class.
