Calm down,Calm down, enjoy saturday but lets not get carried away!

Think positive thoughts - far too much negativity for too long now.:D

    Nimmmeeelllyyy!!

Brilliant team performance. Pity Millwall and Bristol City winning as we need to overtake them to get out of the relegation zone. Doncaster and Forest losing.

No wonder this club is becoming a joke on and off the pitch when...

I tend to agree with your point on fitness late in games. That said what we really lack in the last 20 minutes is leadership on the field - experience and maturity.

    Malmo - Sisu

Don't think so. Cannot find anything on Malmo website or on the web generally.

Well travelled striker Marcus Bent currently on trial at Coventry City.

Noooooo...please....a spent force. Legs have gone and bad attitude. Blues fans were glad to see the back of him. He has been on trial everywhere.

Amongst the doom and gloom 2 new players arrive

Good post - I support my club "warts and all", and I am 100% behind the team. I read and hear good and exciting things about Nimley and so really looking forward to seeing him and hope the lad starts with a bang. As for Hreiderson, you know what you get and we do need an experienced head at the...

Coleman has a dig at SISU during Wales conference!

Very unprofessional. Suggest he focuses on the job in hand rather than looking to make excuses for previous failings.

You are a traitor if you buy a season ticket next year!

I am a Coventry fan. If I decide to buy a season ticket then that is my prerogative and I will be damned if I am considered any less of a fan for doing so. It is irresponsible posts like this that cause resentment and friction. You want to protest then fine - go ahead - but do not tell me what...

    Late Kick Off tonight

No - more bad publicity for Coventry City FC

    Getting boring now.

Thorn Nimley score's loads of goals.... Where??

Spoke to my mate, who is a Man City fan, and he tells me City have high expectations for this lad. We should give him a chance and hopefully he will repay our faith in him. I would preferred to have seen a more experienced striker on loan (e.g. a Rob Hulse type) but let us see how this plays out.

Are the fans of this club the part of the problem?

    - sums up your attitude really. Well done. I hope it makes you feel better about yourself.

Are the fans of this club the part of the problem?

You presume the moral high ground and with respect such attitude invokes resentment to those who do not share your view - such as you experienced yesterday. You demand SISU out yet offer no credible alternative. The protestors cite Hoffman as a saviour, yet we know nothing of the bid (if there...

    Save Our City

I see - SISU would "love" to see violence and arrests? :slap: How many Hedgefund Owners do you know who want to see "violence and arrests?"

    Future protest ideas.

    How about a "no-protest" protest?
  16. T

Would SISU accept a £4m bid for the club?

All good points Godiva. Indeed if one were cynical, one might be forgiven for thinking Hoffman is subtly trying to force administration so he can effectively pick up the club "on the cheap" - hence the Key's tweets, the media campaign, the protests - all designed to "cripple" the club...

    "Head of Soccer"

Steve Waggot? - thought is was reported he was just brought in to help during the transfer window and so a temporary appointment? Don't think the permanent role has be sorted?

    A local chairman

Is it any wonder why we have a divided fan base when we read comments like this? I would like to see a Chairman appointed - regardless of whether SISU stay or go. This is common place for any significant business undertaking. I would not expect to see any such person then the victim of the sort...

Selling the club ? But what is it's value

We are not in administration and so open-market considerations apply. You have to factor in the loans as well. Sadly it simply is not a simple as you suggest. The assets may be £5/£6M but the underlying debt is whatever. Rumour has it Carsen Yeung wants £40M plus for Birmingham City - £20M for...
